Independent Sales Representative

Description:
Indesign, an electronic engineering design firm specializing in all phases of product development, is seeking Independent Sales Representatives to sell engineering/design services to existing accounts. We are looking for outside sales representatives with established contacts in the Washington D.C./Northern Virginia geography.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience calling on companies engaged in product development. Previous experience selling engineering design services is preferred, but not required. In addition, our Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and be skilled at building productive business relationships. Sales Representatives must have good knowledge of their territory and its customer base (no relocation assistance will be provided). A good engineering aptitude is helpful, and a strong work ethic and desire to succeed is essential.
